- orders sent only in written form; the best – by e-mail
- Individual patterns are sold in offer price
- First order is realised after receiving repayment of 30% gross of the order
- Orders start to be produced after written acceptance of the customers (material + pattern)
- Order realisation term – 14 days for standard orders after receiving prepayment and pattern acceptance; in other cases – each time agreed individually with customers
- Transport costs – under individual agreement with customer (depend on the order)
- All graphics materials for printing (logo, colours) should be sent in Corell format or another one, agreed with Futura.
